Franck Muller is proud to announce the nomination of two exceptional timepieces for the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève 2026: the Vanguard Cut Flower®, nominated in the JEWELLERY category and the Triple Mystery Skeleton, which is nominated in the GEMSET category.
The Vanguard Cut Flower® reveals a beautifully skeletonised body, opening onto a delicate movement adorned with gem-set flowers, where each petal is individually and meticulously set. Every stone is sculpted in the exclusive Curvex Cut®, enhancing its brilliance and creating a refined interplay of light, transparency and floral artistry.
The diamonds are shaped into delicate floral forms, with each petal crafted using the specialised Curvex Cut® technique. This advanced gem-setting method sculpts every stone to follow the natural curvature of the petal, creating remarkable depth, softness and a sense of organic movement throughout the composition.
Seen up close, the dial reveals the sculptural beauty of its hand-set diamonds, totalling 4.3 carats, with each stone meticulously shaped to form the floral composition. Framed by an 18K rose gold case, the intricate setting highlights the depth and precision of the Curvex Cut® diamonds, while the small seconds indication at 6 o’clock adds a subtle horological detail to the composition.
The Triple Mystery Skeleton reveals a fully skeletonised Haute Horlogerie movement, offering an unobstructed view of its intricate architecture and mechanical complexity. Every detail reflects the exceptional craftsmanship, precision and technical excellence that define Franck Muller creations.
Building on Franck Muller’s iconic Double Mystery concept, the Triple Mystery Skeleton introduces a third rotating disc dedicated to the seconds, adding a new level of mechanical complexity to the display. As this additional disc demands significant energy to operate, its plate has been carefully engineered in rose gold to combine rigidity with minimal weight. Housed in an 18K rose gold case and set with 4.54 carats of diamonds alongside triangle-cut gemstones, the timepiece brings together technical ingenuity, precious materials and exceptional gem-setting artistry.
Franck Muller is proud to see these two creations recognised among the nominees of the GPHG 2026, a celebration of innovation, craftsmanship and creative watchmaking. These special timepieces will now be shown around the world, in Mumbai from 28 to 1 October, in Bangkok from 15 to 18 October, in Geneva from 29 to 15 November, at the Musée d’Art et d’Histoire and in London from 18 to 23 November.
