We are delighted to present at Monaco’s 2012 WPHH an instrumental retail tool that will assist retail staff by:    Offering the full visual of the Franck Muller collection    Displaying all various declinations of each reference    Giving retail local prices of each watch    Enhancing customer relationship This tool will not only assist the retailer by giving him a detailed knowledge of the collection through a training guide, but will also help the end consumer choose the right watch, as pictures and prices for each references will be given instantly. The whole Franck Muller collection is accessible on this new iPad app.  The desired watch can be displayed by selecting various filters of collections.  Sales persons can then fine tune the size or material of the watch by selecting the desired colour of the dial and other options.  The selected watch can also be shared or transferred by email. A search engine tool is also available on the app, offering the facility of finding a particular reference or complication. Following the selection process in the shop, each retailer can then save the watch in his “Favourites” section which will easily be accessible for when he decides to place the order.
