On Monday, May 9th, legendary Yankee, Reggie Jackson and Franck Muller, have begun the Reggie Jackson Limited Edition Collection of Timepieces. The watches will be exclusively sold at Tourneau.

To celebrate the launch of the new limited edition collection by Franck Muller, an event has been held in the evening of May 9th, 2011.

Reggie Jackson was present at the Tourneau Time Machine to introduce his collection of watches and welcome his friends and invited guests. According to Mr. Jackson who has been a long time watch collector, “the opportunity to collaborate with Franck Muller is a dream come true. Today there are many watch brands, however Franck Muller has always been a brand known for precision and style; thus it is a flattering association to have such a company align themselves with me. I am extremely proud of what we have created together and look forward to working with Tourneau to bring my collection to the watch enthusiasts of the world.” 

The Reggie Jackson Limited Edition Collection of Timepieces will consist of 3 distinct watches, limited to a total of only 150 pieces. Each of the watches features a “44” instead of a traditional “4”, in tribute to Reggie’s retired New York Yankee number. In addition, each watch will be engraved with Reggie’s nickname, “Mr. October” on each caseback. Each watch also comes with a Franck Muller Certificate of Authenticity signed by Reggie Jackson, along with an Official Major League Baseball commemorating his 1993 induction into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame.

Derek Jeter (Captain of the Yankee Team), and Yankee players CC Sabathia, Robinson Cano, Nick Swisher, Jaba Chamberlin were present for the event.

A watch has already been sold during the event and the guests had a good time with Reggie Jackson in the special Franck Muller atmosphere.
